Pricing FAQ
- Is a card required for the trial?
- No. Sign up with just an email. You only enter a card if you decide to continue paying after 30 days — or you can request annual invoicing by emailing team@assoluto.eu.
- What do I need to enter at first paid checkout?
- Billing name, IČO (8 digits) and billing address. We need these to issue your invoice. We are not VAT-registered, so you receive an invoice rather than a VAT tax document, and no VAT is charged. You enter these once — we keep them on file.
- How does billing actually work?
- Monthly plan: card via Stripe, invoice emailed the same day. Annual plan: arranged on request — bank transfer with a Czech invoice, net-14, typically two months free for the year.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, any time. The difference is prorated down to the day. Downgrade happens at the start of the next billing period (you keep what you paid for).
- What happens when I cancel?
- You keep full access until the end of the current billing period, then have 3 days to export your data (CSV + attachments as ZIP). After that, access ends. Need to recover data later? Email team@assoluto.eu within 30 days. For immediate erasure email us — we action GDPR Art. 17 requests within 48 hours.
- Can I get a refund?
- Monthly plans are not refunded mid-period — when you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. Annual invoices arranged on request are refunded pro-rata for unused full months, by agreement via team@assoluto.eu.
- Does the self-hosted Community version cost anything?
- No. It's AGPL-3.0 open source. You pay only for your own VPS and S3. No restrictions on users or features — only you need to run updates yourself.
- Do you have a discount for schools / associations / non-profits?
- Yes. Write to us at team@assoluto.eu with a description of the use — half price is typical, free access for small organisations.
