Founding customers programme
We are looking for the first 10 workshops
Assoluto is new and we would rather say so than invent references. The first 10 workshops that start paying get:
- the original price for good: 490 CZK / month for Starter, 1 490 CZK / month for Pro,
- onboarding free of charge — we set the portal up together with you.
In return we ask for a named reference: your company name and a sentence or two about how the portal works for you, published here.

Pricing FAQ
- What counts as a staff user?
- Anyone in your own company who logs in to manage orders — office, foreman, owner. Your clients' contacts are not staff users and are unlimited on every plan.
- Is a card required for the trial?
- No. Sign up with just an email. Early access is free until 31 January 2027. To continue after that, write to us — or let it lapse, nothing is charged.
- What do I need to enter at first paid checkout?
- Billing name, IČO (8 digits) and billing address. We need these to issue your invoice. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged and you receive an ordinary invoice. You enter these once — we keep them on file.
- How does billing actually work?
- Online card payment is being set up. Until then we invoice by bank transfer — monthly or annually (annual = 2 months free). Write to team@assoluto.eu before your trial ends and we will send the invoice.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Write to team@assoluto.eu and we will switch your plan within 1 working day.
- What happens when I cancel?
- You keep full access until the end of the current billing period, then have 3 days to export your data (CSV + attachments as ZIP). After that, access ends. Need to recover data later? Email team@assoluto.eu within 30 days. For immediate erasure email us — we action GDPR Art. 17 requests within 48 hours.
- Can I get a refund?
- Monthly plans are not refunded mid-period — when you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. Annual invoices arranged on request are refunded pro-rata for unused full months, by agreement via team@assoluto.eu.
- Does the self-hosted Community version cost anything?
- No. It's AGPL-3.0 open source. You pay only for your own VPS and S3. No restrictions on users or features — only you need to run updates yourself.
- Do you have a discount for schools / associations / non-profits?
- Yes. Write to us at team@assoluto.eu with a description of the use — half price is typical, free access for small organisations.
