Things people actually want to know
- Where is my data stored?
- Your data lives exclusively on Hetzner servers in Germany (EU). The PostgreSQL database is encrypted at rest; drawings and attachments are stored in EU-based cloud storage. Backups run daily and are kept for 14 days. The full subprocessor list is in our Privacy Policy.
- Can I pay by bank transfer, not just by card?
- Monthly plans are paid by card via Stripe. Annual plans can be arranged by bank transfer with a Czech invoice (net-14, typically two months free for the year). Enterprise customers always receive an invoice. Questions about VAT or Czech tax documents? Email team@assoluto.eu.
- Do I need to sign anything?
- No paper contract. At signup you accept our Terms of Service by clicking a button. Subscriptions are monthly with no commitment; cancel any time from your account settings. After cancellation you have 3 days to export your data, then access ends. For later recovery, email team@assoluto.eu within 30 days.
- Can I integrate with Pohoda or Money S3?
- Direct integration with Pohoda or Money S3 is not available yet — we offer CSV export for manual import. A Pohoda XML connector is on our roadmap. If this is a deciding factor, write to us via the Contact page — customer demand directly shapes what we build next.
- Is it secure? What if the server fails?
- Security: each client sees only their own data — enforced at the database level, not just in the application. Passwords are never stored in readable form. Login is brute-force protected. Outages: Hetzner runs redundant infrastructure. We back up daily (14-day retention) and monitor uptime 24/7. Target uptime: 99.9 %. The Enterprise plan includes a written SLA.
- Will you teach my people how to use it?
- Every paid plan includes a 30-minute online walkthrough — we show the system with your actual setup, not demo data. Most shops do not need it: the portal is designed so a client who can use email can place their first order in 3 minutes without training. Need more? Contact us.
- What if I want to leave?
- Cancel in your account settings — no sales call, no approval queue. You keep full access until the current billing period ends, then have 3 days to export your data (orders and customers as CSV, attachments as ZIP). After that, access ends. Need to recover something later? Email team@assoluto.eu within 30 days. For immediate erasure (GDPR Art. 17) email us — we action requests within 48 hours.
